In our warehouse we keep hundreds of different raw materials in inventory. These carefully selected raw materials are from the highest quality natural sources. Every batch of incoming materials undergoes vigorous testing.

The first step in our manufacturing process is the weighing of the different nutrients. After each raw material is weighed and double-checked, it is ready for the mixing department.

The mixing department prepares and blends the raw materials. The blending of our materials is like baking a cake from scratch. By mixing and blending our own ingredients we are certain of the freshness and quality that goes into each tablet or capsule.

In the tableting department the powder is pressed into tablets. The presses create ten thousand pounds of pressure per square inch to create a tablet. Some of our presses can produce over a million tablets a day.

After the tablets have been pressed they are coated to seal them. This locks in the potency and eliminates odor or aftertaste when taking the product. This coating also makes the tablet easier to swallow than an uncoated one.

The coating process can be done in different ways. One method is a high speed spray coating machine. This machine will coat up to a haff million tablets or more in one hour.

Another coating method we use for tablets is by tumbling them in stainless steel coating pans. As the pans turn the special coating materials are carefully added. The motion distributes them evenly across the batch. Each pan can hold up to sixty thousand tablets.

We have a complete packaging department with many types of packaging and filling equipment to meet the needs of our customers.

Our plant has specialized powder filling equipment to fill powder in cannisters and packets.

The packaging department has different tablet counting and filling equipment to fill the bottles with the proper amount of tablets or capsules.

Label machines apply paper labels and pressure sensitive labels to the containers.

Liquid or creme products get packaged in our liquid filling department.

In our quality control lab, all products must pass strict quality control testing before being released.

For example, tablets are tested for disintegration time to ensure they will release their nutrients in the digestive tract. Many tests covering identity, purity, strength, composition and limits on contaminants are performed on each and every batch we manufacture. Some of this testing is done by independent testing labs assuring you of the finest quality and safe family products.
